Our Services
Known for its product quality and tremendous service, Brownsboro Hardware & Paint opened in the fall of 1960 at 4858 Brownsboro Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Jim and Marilyn Lehrer became the owners of the beloved local hardware and paint store in June of 1998. They expanded the original store in 2008 and added retail square footage. In 2011, the Lehrers added a location in Prospect that services not only hardware and paint needs but also provides a greenhouse filled with a variety of plants and landscaping equipment. In October 2021, The Lehrers sold Brownsboro Hardware & Paint to longtime manager Doug Carroll, ensuring continued local ownership and a strong focus on customer service.
